The Daiwa BG MQ Spinning Reels take many of the beloved features of the Daiwa BG and load it with some of the new technologies Daiwa has to offer for 2020.
Just like the BG, Daiwa's precision-cut DigiGears were incorporated to give it that unreal power and durability from the smallest 2500 size to the biggest 20000 size. The Monocoque (One Piece) Aluminium body design also reduces the number of screws and pins needed to assemble this reel, which reduces entry ports for water and debris from entering the reel.
Throughout the reel, 9 internal rubber seals were placed at key areas like the drag stack, spool shaft, handle, and side plate to keep this reel turning just like out of the box whether you are fishing from the surf, boat, kayak, etc.
Available in 10 sizes, the BG MQ has every angler covered from a smooth, lightweight 2500 for inshore and freshwater, to an 18000 and 20000 capable of defeating bluefin and yellowfin.
